Terms and Conditions for Tableau Data + Movies Challenge Giveaway

Eligible participants who build a viz that tells a story of the movies that we love in Tableau, post it to Tableau Public with the hashtag #dataplusmovies, and fill out the provided completion form between November 1, 2023 and August 30, 2024 may receive one (1) t-shirt. Your viz Submission must not (in Salesforce’s discretion): (i) violate any third-party intellectual property or other rights, including copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, confidentiality, or rights of privacy and publicity; (ii) contain disparaging or defamatory content; (iii) include threats to any person, place, business, or group; (iv) be obscene, offensive, or indecent; (v) depict any risky behavior; (vi) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and/or (vii) contain unauthorized third-party trademarks or logos. Must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. Note for government officials/public sector employees. The value of the t-shirt is approximately $24. By accepting a t-shirt, you are certifying that your acceptance complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and government ethics policies of your agency, locality, and/or employer.
