How to build, run, and expand your Data Culture

The COVID-19 pandemic has showed that fast, strategic use of data is critical to an organization’s success — and often survival. Despite the trillions of dollars invested in data and analytics in recent years, leaders are still failing to create a data-driven culture. Getting the most from your organization’s data requires more than just technology, it requires a commitment to promoting data-driven decision making at every level of an organization.

Tableau has developed the Data Culture Playbook to guide executives and data leaders in how to mature data usage across the organization in a way that ensures value is being created where and when it is needed most.  The playbook lays out a phased approached to build, run, and expand your Data Culture.

Join Tableau's Sr. Evangelist Ashley Howard Neville and Comcast Cable's Sr. Director of Compensation, Strategy & Insights Dr. Yasmine Ndassa for this 60-minute webinar to explore key areas of the Playbook, including:

  • What is Data Culture and why is it important?
  • How to advance getting value from your organizations use of data with a phased approach
  • Success stories from customers who have successfully fostered a Data Culture
