About
Arjun Srinivasan is a member of the Senior Research Staff, and works out of the Seattle office. His research is at the intersection of Human-Computer Interaction and Information Visualization. Specifically, his research explores the design of expressive and intelligent visualization tools for human-data interaction that combine techniques from multimodal (e.g., speech and touch) and mixed-initiative user interfaces.
Prior to joining Tableau in October 2020, Arjun was a PhD student in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was advised by Dr. John Stasko. During his term at Georgia Tech, he also worked as an intern at Salesforce.com, Adobe Research, and Microsoft Research.
